Frequently Asked Questions

  • In order to reserve your wedding date, a signed contract and 20% of your balance is to be paid down. The remaining 80% is due 30 days before your wedding. Our payment processor accepts all major credit cards.

  • We average 1 week for sneak peek galleries, 2 weeks for teaser films, and 2 months for full galleries with your wedding film.

    Times may vary during our busiest seasons from the Spring through Fall.

  • We have a full list of locations that you can choose from once your wedding date is booked!

  • Three months out from your wedding you will receive an email with a questionnaire that asks everything we need to know about your wedding plans and preferences.

    Once you are finished filling it out we will make a timeline draft for you to review.

  • We have a box of supplies we can use to enhance your flat-lay images.

    Most of our couples provide their wedding bands, jewelry, extra flowers from your florist, your invitation suite and a dedicated hanger for the dress.
