Frequently Asked Questions

 

  • In order to reserve your wedding date, a signed contract and 20% of your balance is to be paid down. The remaining 80% is due 30 days before your wedding. Our payment processor accepts all major credit cards.

    Cash discounts available if you choose to pay your balance in cash, avoiding credit card transaction fees.

  • We average 1 week for sneak peek galleries, 2 weeks for teaser films, and 2 months for full galleries with your wedding film.

    Times may vary during our busiest seasons from the Spring through Fall.

  • We have a full list of locations that you can choose from once your wedding date is booked!

  • We recommend booking up to 9 hours if you want us to stay from start to finish - everything from details to the send off at the end of the night will be included in your timeline.

    7-8 hours works best for weddings with a fake send off or less details captured on the morning of the wedding.

  • Three months out from your wedding you will receive an email with a questionnaire that asks everything we need to know about your wedding plans and preferences.

    Once you are finished filling it out we will make a timeline draft for you to review.

  • We have a box of supplies we can use to enhance your flat-lay images.

    Most of our couples provide their wedding bands, jewelry, extra flowers from your florist, your invitation suite and a dedicated hanger for the dress.

    Note: Our phones are usually on Do Not Disturb in the evenings to allow us to have uninterrupted family time.

  • Most of our couples book 10-12 months in advance but we are happy to check our availability for you at any time!
